Our Story

SoulFlo LLC was founded by Executive Chef Jamie Jones and business strategist Nathalie Desrosiers, two passionate leaders who believe food should not only nourish but also connect, reflect culture, and create lasting memories.

 

Inspired by Jamie’s South Florida roots and over 20 years of culinary experience, and Nathalie’s over a decade of business consulting expertise, SoulFlo blends soulful comfort with elevated presentation. What began as a local meal prep idea has evolved into a boutique catering and vacation meal planning service for families and intimate groups across Florida.

 

With every meal, SoulFlo brings flavor, culture, and heart to the table — and through our Feed It Forward initiative, every five meals sold helps feed a local family in need. Support us locally by ordering through our Shef profile, where every order contributes to our mission of giving back.
