Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation

Deposits are applied toward your total booking cost
Payment Deadlines

Remaining balances must be paid before your scheduled arrival date

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking
Cancellations
Standard Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations made within [14–30 days] of arrival are non-refundable
Rescheduling

One reschedule may be permitted based on availability

Rescheduling must be requested at least [14 days] prior to arrival

New dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to price changes
No-Shows

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in full forfeiture of payment
Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

Personal schedule conflicts

Weather conditions
-
Travel delays or cancellations
Service Add-Ons

Add-ons (meal prep, grocery stocking, etc.) may have separate policies

Once completed or prepared, add-ons are non-refundable

REFUND POLICY
General Policy
All bookings made with SoulFlo LLC are subject to this Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure accommodations and services on your behalf.
Completed Services
Once services have been rendered, including:

Reservation confirmations

Grocery purchases

Meal preparation
No refunds will be issued.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:

A booking cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances directly caused by SoulFlo LLC
Third-Party Limitations
Refunds may be limited by policies set by third-party providers (resorts, travel platforms, etc.).
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Denial of future services

Submission of this agreement as evidence
